ABOUT
A dedicated real estate agent who is passionate about finding your next home
Kora Marie Weidenheimer grew up in a small town outside of Philadelphia, PA. Her passion for interior design and real estate began at a young age as she watched her father draw, design and build the home she grew up in. She vividly remembers creating scrapbooks of dream homes by cutting and pasting photos from West Elm and Crate & Barrel catalogues. That pastime also inspired a love for fashion, which led Kora to study retail management at Syracuse University. Upon graduating, she moved to New York City where she worked in the corporate world in product development. In 2019, she moved to DC for a job promotion, and when the pandemic hit, she decided to revisit her childhood scrapbook dreams and finally pursue a career in real estate.
Kora now works full time as a real estate agent for the Olivia Properties team at Compass. Through the support of her team, Kora passionately and tirelessly strives to make her clients dreams come true. When asked what she loves most about her blossoming career, she says, "I think the most rewarding part of my job is that I not only get to live out my dreams, but I get to help my clients achieve their dreams too."
Kora's other childhood hobby was baking and learning about food through watching the Food Network, which was a passion she carried with her into adulthood. In 2022, she began selling home-baked cookies from her home in Baltimore, Maryland and enjoys balancing her bakery business with being a real estate agent.
When Kora is not working, you can find her exploring different hiking trails, hitting the shops and eating at all the hot new spots, especially so she can help acclimate clients to all the best amenities surrounding their new home.
